Former Kid ‘n Play rapper is once again a wanted man after blowing off a hearing stemming from his 2010 DUI arrest. According to L.A. County Superior Court records a bench warrant was issued for the former “House Party” star on January 5, 2012 after he failed to show up for a progress hearing regarding the 2010 arrest. If this story sounds familiar it’s because the same exact thing happened back in July when he no-showed to a similar hearing. Kid whose real name Chris Reid was arrested in August and released after paying a small fine. Kid said the whole thing was an innocent miscommunication and insists he’s sending his lawyer to court this morning to try and fix everything with the judge.

Tuesday, January 10th, 2012Nas refuses to pay back all the money for failing to show up for Angola concert
Monday, January 9th, 2012Nas Won’t Return Full Amount For Botched Angola Concert. The promoter paid Nas to perform in Angola on New Year’s Eve, but he failed to appear. An American concert promoter named Patrick Allocco says that he and his son were kidnapped after Nas failed to show up at a New Year’s Eve performance in Angola. According to Allocco, who serves as CEO for AllGood Entertainment, and his son were kidnapped at gunpoint by employees of local “concert impresario” Henrique “Riquhino” Miguel, who had supplied money for the show. Allocco had paid Nas and opening act Jemiah Jai $315,000 to perform two shows but both artists failed to get on flights to Angola. Miguel took him into custody as he feared that Allocco would leave the country before the matter was resolved. He and his son were passed off to local authorities, who interrogated them for seven hours before letting them go. They are still in Angola trying to work out the money issue.
“The hope is that Nas and Jemiah Jai will return all of the monies that were wired to them immediately so that our ransom may be paid and our safe return to the United States may be facilitated,” read a statement from Allocco’s people. Nas is reportedly trying to return the money he accepted from his botched New Year’s Eve performance in Angola so that concert promoter Patrick Allocco can return to the States. While he won’t “shoulder the entirety of the blame,” Nas agreed to perform the gig but called it off after a “miscommunication” about travel plans. He is unsure of where to send the check, but is working on the solution to bring him back to America.
During an interview with NJ’s The Star Ledger, concert promoter Patrick Allocco, who is still being held in Angola with his son, said that Nas returned $200,000 of his $300,000 payment to perform but won’t fork over the rest. “He is supposed to send another $100,000, but now he is reneging,” Allocco said. Allocco and his son are in an Angolan hotel hoping to resolve this “nightmare.”
Kanye West goes off on another twitter rant “Yawn”
Thursday, January 5th, 2012Im not much of a Kanye fan anymore those days have long passed. I stopped paying attention to Kanye after the lame Taylor Swift incident. But Kanye keeps relevant by hanging onto Jay-Z ‘s for collabs, tours etc. Without Jay-Z I think Kanye’s career will slow down and fade out. Anyway below is some of his latest Bullshit from a story cotactmusic ran.
Kanye West has never really had the terms ‘coy’ and ‘elusive’ thrown at him, the rapper and entrepreneur never shy in coming forth with his views and updates on what he’s up to at the minute and where he thinks he’s going in life. Therefore it was perfectly unsurprising to see ‘Ye’ mouthing off on Twitter from London at 4am UK time about his latest project in a series of tweets that took in quotes from both George Bernard Shaw and Leonardo Di Vinci. Nothing like a bit of understatement.
West was online bigging up his new project, which for all his Tweeting still seems quite vague. Named Donda, after his mother, West kicked off by writing “Donda is a design company which will galvanize amazing thinkers and put them in a creative space to bounce there dreams and ideas,” with a further goal to “help simplify and aesthetically improve everything we see hear, touch, taste and feel.” Contributors to this project will be varied and numerous if the star gets his way, as another post said those involved will include the likes of architects, graphic designers, directors, musicians, producers, A&R guys, writers, publicists, social media experts, actors, scientists, teachers, bankers, laywers, video game designers, publishers, clothing designers, DJs, car designers, managers, app guys, tech guys and nutritionists – minds “waaaay doper” than his own.
After all that it still wasn’t quite clear just what West had in mind, and another Tweet threw another idea at his fans, as he claimed he wanted to fix “broken systems” including the economy, the schools and the jails. So we’re not sure exactly where Kanye’s heading with this, but it’s definitely . somewhere.
DJ Spinderella of Salt n Pepa airs out artists that try and DJ
Wednesday, January 4th, 2012Kanye and Lil Wayne tried to DJ this past New Year’s Eve. What should have been a controversy-free event took an odd turn after Spinderella (DJ for Salt-N-Peppa) took some time out of her day to hop on Twitter and accuse Lil Wayne and Alicia Keys of not respecting the DJ culture:
Most of the fans were laughing and shaking their heads at Alicia Keys (aka DJ AK-47), Kanye West (aka DJ Yeezy World Peace) and Lil Wayne AK-The Rainbow Kid) hitting the turntables, others don’t find it as amusing. Longtime DJ Spinderella said on her Twitter account about these artists turned DJ’s. “First, Dj AK-47 (Alicia Keys) and now Dj wih wih wiggety Wayne? WTH who’s next??” she started off asking. “record sales down .. become a Dj ? FOH”

Sunday, December 25th, 2011Kanye West acts like a little girl and throws fans out of his concert for throwing business card on stage
Monday, December 19th, 2011For the record this is some hoe azz shit for Kanye to do. Throwing his fans out for throwing a business card on stage. Saying he is risking his life and he might slip on it, man grow some nuts you sound just like a little hoe saying that. The bitchness in rap has to end somewhere. I got no respect for any rapper who acts like they are bigger than life and do not respect their fans. So what if some drunk fan threw a little business card on stage.
